10 years ago, Planet Earth captivated viewers everywhere, changing the way we look at the world around us. For many, it was an awe-inspiring trip through some of the most beautiful landscapes and animal habitats in the world. Now audiences everywhere are anxiously awaiting the premiere of Planet Earth 2, set to air on Saturday, January 28th, 2017.
Filmmaker and author of The Shark and the Albatross, John Aitchison, experienced the awe and wonder firsthand when he assisted in the filming of peregrines nesting in New York City for a segment of the upcoming show.
