David Suzuki writes in his latest book . . . that one of the easiest, yet most important, things you can do to reduce your ecological impact is to spend more time outside in natural settings. Not only will connecting with nature inspire you to become a better steward of the planet but 'the deeper your connection to nature and the more time spent outdoors, the more happy you are likely to be.'" -Calgary Herald
