Coming March 5, 2019, this much-anticipated book follows the hugely successful The Hidden Life of Trees and The Inner Life of Animals with a thought-provoking look at the amazing connections that hold our world together.

In The Secret Wisdom of Nature, Wohlleben takes readers on a tour of an enchanting world: a journey through the vast natural systems that connect plants, animals, and all living things. Peter Wohlleben is the acclaimed author of the international bestsellers The Hidden Life of Trees and The Inner Life of Animals. He spent over twenty years working for the forestry commission in Germany before leaving to put his ideas of ecology into practice. He now runs an environmentally friendly woodland in Germany, where he is working for the return of primeval forests.
